Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.la-finery.com, operated by L. A Mercantile Ventures (Private) Limited ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Local Shipping
- We deliver to addresses across Sri Lanka.
- Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of order confirmation.
- Delivery is completed within 5 business days of dispatch, subject to courier service availability and unforeseen circumstances.
- P.O. Box addresses are not accepted. Please provide a physical residential or business address for delivery.
- All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. We are unable to leave packages unattended, and someone must be available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.
- Shipping costs for local orders are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.
2. Order Processing and Tracking
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a dispatch notification with tracking details (where available) once your order ships.
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
3. Delivery Issues
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one was available to sign for the parcel, the courier's standard re-delivery or collection process will apply.
