Are your gemstones natural?
Yes. We deal exclusively in natural gemstones. We do not use synthetic, lab-created, or color-treated stones — including beryllium-treated gems — in any of our jewellery.
Do your gemstones come with certification?
Where applicable, certification or authenticity documentation will be noted on the individual product listing. Please check the specific product page or contact us if you need more details on a particular piece.
Why do gemstones vary slightly between pieces?
Because our stones are natural, minor variations in colour, clarity, and inclusions are normal and expected. These characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique — they are not considered defects.
Are heat-treated sapphires okay?
Yes. Heat treatment is a widely accepted, traditional practice in the gem industry used to enhance the natural colour and clarity of sapphires, and does not compromise their status as natural gemstones. We do use heat-treated sapphires where applicable. This is different from artificial colour treatments like beryllium diffusion, which we do not use.
Can I request a specific gemstone for a custom piece?

Silver
What type of silver do you use?
Our jewellery is crafted using silver as specified in each product description. Please refer to the individual listing for exact silver purity/type details.
Will my silver jewellery tarnish?
Yes, over time. Tarnishing is a natural reaction of silver to air and moisture, and does not indicate a fault or poor quality. Regular cleaning with a soft cloth or silver polishing cloth will help maintain its shine — see our Jewellery Care Guide for more tips.
Is silver plating different from solid silver?
Yes. Silver-plated pieces have a thin layer of silver applied over a base metal, while solid silver pieces are made entirely of silver (or a silver alloy). Plated pieces are more prone to wear over time.
Will silver plating wear off?
With regular use, silver plating can gradually wear thin, especially in areas of friction (like the inside of rings or clasps), potentially revealing the base metal underneath. This is normal wear and tear from daily use and is not covered under our Refund & Returns Policy, which only covers confirmed manufacturing faults.
How can I make my silver-plated jewellery last longer?

What is your return policy?
As our jewellery is ready-made, we only offer refunds, repairs, or replacements for confirmed manufacturing faults. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or damage caused by mishandling. See our full Refund & Returns Policy for details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders are insured for their full invoice value in line with National Gem and Jewellery Authority of Sri Lanka (NGJA) requirements.
